From SWIFT transfers to Letters of Credit, Wise or Payoneer: every transaction is documented and traceable.
All Incoterms 2020, from EXW to DDP. The most used by our clients are FOB Casablanca / Tanger Med, CIF and DAP. We advise the optimal term based on your country and import experience.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
From a few 190 kg drums for specialty oils, 1,000 L IBC for carrier oils, and a Flexitank (≈ 21,000 L) for bulk. Lower MOQs are possible for a first qualification order.
What are your lead times?+
Quote within 48h, production in 5–15 days, then transit: 3–8 days to Europe, 10–18 days to North America, 20–35 days to Asia/Oceania. Air express: 24–72h.
Do you provide a COA for every batch?+
Yes. Every batch ships with its Certificate of Analysis (fatty acids, peroxide, acidity, heavy metals, microbiology) aligned with Codex Alimentarius. SGS, Bureau Veritas or Eurofins available on request.
Do you accept Letters of Credit?+
Yes: irrevocable LC, at sight or usance, confirmed by a top-tier bank under UCP 600 rules. Recommended for first large transactions.
What are your standard payment terms?+
30% at order, 70% against shipping documents, via SWIFT or TT. Wise, Payoneer, Stripe and PayPal are accepted for samples and small orders. Open account possible after history.
How is my deposit protected?+
Letter of Credit, Cash Against Documents, third-party inspection before shipment and a detailed contract. Folk Oils is a registered company audited BRC/IFS with verifiable entities in Morocco, the UK, the USA, Dubai and Hong Kong.
Flexitank or ISO Tank for bulk?+
Flexitank: best cost per liter for stable edible oils. ISO Tank stainless with nitrogen blanketing: recommended for oxidation-sensitive oils and pharma/cosmetic grades. We validate the best option with you.
Do you deliver to our warehouse?+
Yes, DAP in most countries and DDP for main EU and Gulf destinations, via our network of forwarders and customs brokers.
Do you offer samples?+
Yes: 100 ml to 1 L, with COA, TDS and MSDS, shipped within 72h via DHL/FedEx/UPS. Free for qualified B2B requests - shipping fees may apply.
How do I track my order?+
A dedicated contact updates you at every step: production, analyses, freight booking, B/L, vessel position and arrival. Container numbers enable real-time online tracking.
Is transport insurance included?+
Under CIF and CIP, yes - under Institute Cargo Clauses. Under other Incoterms, we can add coverage or advise on the best policy.
