Orders & MOQ

What is the minimum order (MOQ)?

100 kg argan · 200 kg avocado or olive · 500 kg sesame or sunflower. The MOQ is negotiable for a first order.

Are mixed orders (several products) possible?

Yes: several products on the same order. Each product comes with its separate Certificate of Analysis (CoA).

Do you offer samples?

Free samples in bottles of 50 to 200 ml. DHL shipping within 5 working days. A qualification form is required before sending.

Deadlines & logistics

What are the delivery times?

Europe: 10 to 15 days · USA: 18 to 22 days · Asia: 22 to 32 days. With buffer stock greater than 500 kg/year: delivery time of approximately 5 days to the EU.

What incoterms do you offer?

EXW · FOB Tanger Med or Casablanca · CIF · DAP for volumes greater than 5 t.

What are the recommended storage conditions?

Store below 20°C, protected from light. For oils rich in omega-3 (nuts, squash), less than 15°C is essential.

Quality & certifications

How are quality certificates and documents provided?

Certificates are provided automatically with each delivery. A secure customer area also provides access.

What is the shelf life of oils?

Argan: 24 months · Avocado: 18 months · Extra virgin olive: 18 months · Prickly pear: 18 months (packed under nitrogen) · Nuts: 12 months.

What microbiological controls are included?

Food grade microbiological analyzes included: E. coli, Salmonella, yeasts. Other parameters are possible on request.

Are the products cruelty-free?

Yes. A written statement is available upon request.

Personalization

Do you offer private label?

Yes, from 500 kg: formulation, packaging and label. Indicative delivery time: 4 to 6 weeks.

Can I order a custom blend?

Yes: MOQ 200 kg, with target fatty acid ratio. Indicative deadline: 3 to 4 weeks.

Is custom deodorization possible?

Yes: water vapor without solvent, with olfactory profile adapted to the customer’s needs.

Regulatory

What documentation for REACH and the European cosmetic regulation?

REACH safety data sheets (SDS) in EN / FR / DE / ES. Data for the product information file (PID) in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009.

Do you support FDA, NMPA or KFDA files?

Complete documentation provided, with the possibility of support via local consultants.

What references are available in Halal and Kosher?

Among the references concerned: argan, avocado, sesame, nigella, olive, almond. The complete list is available on request.

Guarantees & incidents

What happens in the event of a non-compliant batch?

Replacement or refund within 30 days. Procedure: contact by e-mail with photos and batch number.

How do you manage harvest hazards?

Buffer stock of approximately six months. Customers are informed approximately 90 days in advance in the event of supply pressure.

Is a third party inspection before shipment possible?

Yes: SGS or Bureau Veritas on customer request. The report is transmitted before releasing the goods.

Are on-site supplier audits possible?
