Value chain

From raw material to your B2B batch

Four typical steps for our cold-pressed virgin oils in Morocco: sourcing from identified partners, preparation and control, mechanical extraction without solvent, then direct export with CoA and traceability on request.

  1. Sourcing at source
Step 01 Partner farmers · contracts

    Sourcing at source

Raw material purchased directly from identified producers, without a broker: simpler upstream traceability, fairer prices, quality better preserved all the way to the press.

  2. Preparation and sorting before pressing
    Step 02 Control · homogeneity

    Preparation and sorting before pressing

Reception, visual checks and preparation: only compliant materials go to the pressing line. This is the first quality lock before your batch.

    Control Batch to batch
  3. First cold mechanical pressing
    Step 03 Folk Oils, press

    First cold mechanical pressing

Gentle mechanical extraction, without extraction solvent, at controlled temperature to preserve fatty acids, tocopherols and sterols useful for your formulations.

  4. International packaging and delivery
    Step 04 B2B export · logistics

    International packaging and delivery

From our unit to your site: industrial packaging (IBC, drums, custom-made), export documents and execution monitoring, without opaque chain.
