Cold pressed from dried bitter almonds, then treated by debittering to remove HCN. Lipid profile close to sweet almond, oleic acid 60–70%, linoleic 20–30%. Natural residual benzaldehyde. Pale yellow color, light dry texture. Gentle depigmenting cosmetic active ingredient, light antibacterial, emollient.
