3 documented grades Picholine & high-phenolic · Aït Attab Refined · Marrakech-Haouz Zero intermediaries

Three grades, two terroirs, a clear logic

Moroccan Picholine is reserved for our premium extra virgin grades (Aït Attab, High Atlas). It is not part of the composition of refined oil.

Each grade has a detailed sheet with analytical profile, B2B applications and supply conditions. Use the cards below or the “3 grades” section to access the full content of each reference.

GRADE 01 EXTRA VIRGIN

Moroccan picholine · Aït Attab

World record in oleic acid (76–80%), polyphenols ≥ 250 mg/kg (EU claim), oleocanthal and hydroxytyrosol present. Cold pressed from cooperatives and small farmers in the High Atlas. Active cosmetics, premium gastronomy, nutraceuticals.

GRADE 01, detailed sheet below

GRADE 02 · HIGH-PHENOLIC

Extra virgin high-phenolic · Aït Attab

750–900 mg/kg polyphenols assayed HPLC, oleocanthal 300+ mg/kg, oleic acid 76–80%. Same Picholine origin, harvest and crushing controlled for the functional luxury/health segment. References Folk Oils 750 · 850 · Ultra.

GRADE 02, detailed sheet below

GRADE 03 · REFINED

Refined oil · Marrakech-Haouz

Haouzia, Menara, Dahbia, Arbequina, irrigated volume varieties of Haouz. Acidity ≤ 0.3% COI, neutral profile, industrial volumes. Canning, blending, agro-industry, basic cosmetics.

Value chain

From raw material to your B2B batch

Four typical steps for our cold-pressed virgin oils in Morocco: sourcing from identified partners, preparation and control, mechanical extraction without solvent, then direct export with CoA and traceability on request.

  1. Sourcing at source
Step 01 Partner farmers · contracts

    Sourcing at source

Raw material purchased directly from identified producers, without a broker: simpler upstream traceability, fairer prices, quality better preserved all the way to the press.

    Intermediaries 0
  2. Preparation and sorting before pressing
    Step 02 Control · homogeneity

    Preparation and sorting before pressing

Reception, visual checks and preparation: only compliant materials go to the pressing line. This is the first quality lock before your batch.

    Control Batch to batch
  3. First cold mechanical pressing
    Step 03 Folk Oils, press

    First cold mechanical pressing

Gentle mechanical extraction, without extraction solvent, at controlled temperature to preserve fatty acids, tocopherols and sterols useful for your formulations.

    Solvent 0%
  4. International packaging and delivery
    Step 04 B2B export · logistics

    International packaging and delivery

From our unit to your site: industrial packaging (IBC, drums, custom-made), export documents and execution monitoring, without opaque chain.

    Traceability On request

Each batch can be accompanied by a technical file, examples of CoA and traceability adapted to your audits. Response within 48 hours on average.
